Duct Cleaning
Check operation of thermostat.
Check operation of limit controls.
Lubricate fan and motor bearings as required.
(Sealed bearings do not require lubrication.)
Check blower operation.
Check condition, tension and alignment of fan belt and adjust as necessary. You will be advised if a replacement is needed.
Identify heating fuse circuit on electric service panel.
Clean burners and set for proper combustion and ignition.
Check pilot and clean if necessary.
Check gas pilot safety system.
Examine vent connector.
Remove debris from chimney cleanout.
Check gas piping to furnace.
Clean air-filters and re-install. Our fitter will instruct you on proper filter maintenance.

We offer the following Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Maintenance Services:

Thoroughly wash condenser coils on outside unit.
Check evaporator coil.
Turn on breakers.
Check thermostat operation.
If needed, adjust fan speed.
Check efficiency of system by checking temperature changes across coil.
If water cooled, turn on water and check temperatures.
Check condensate drain and clear.
Shut down humidifier and drain water.
Remove pad and tray.
Close by-pass pipe if present.
Replacement of filter media or cleaning of filters if permanent type. Filter media to be billed separately.
Check refrigerant levels.
